We want every family to explore Wondertrail with complete confidence. We offer a clear, hassle-free 14-day refund policy on all memberships and digital purchases.
Our promise
If you are not completely satisfied with your Wondertrail membership, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. Free trial cancellation: Monthly and annual recurring subscriptions include a 7-day free trial; if you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will not be charged. How to request a refund: Simply email hello@wondertrail.app with your checkout email or Paddle transaction reference. Refunds are processed immediately through our payment partner, Paddle, and returned to your original payment method (Card, PayPal, Apple Pay) within 3–5 business days. You can cancel your subscription at any time without fees or penalties.
